One of the more complex listings I've handled. At different points starting in 2022, we were in discussion with a potential government agency user and negotiating a rooftop telecom easement sale. We ultimately brokered a cash sale of the property.

Just sold: 4 Park Street, Vernon, CT. This three-story office building was originally a municipally-owned school. The new owners plan to convert it to residential apartments.
