The Cindy Grady Bunch is hiring a Transaction Coordinator! 🏡✨
We’re looking for someone organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and BIG on communication to help keep our real estate transactions moving smoothly from contract to close.
This role is all about keeping the moving pieces together and making sure our agents and clients stay informed every step of the way. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest moments (and purchases) in most people’s lives — our goal is to make the process feel smooth, clear, and supported.
Position Details:
• Approximately 30 hours/week
• Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm
• $20/hour
• Flexible, supportive work environment
• Office-based with occasional work-from-home flexibility when needed for illness, emergencies, etc.
• Holidays off
• Social team environment with office events and team activities
What you’d be doing:
• Tracking deadlines and timelines
• Communicating with agents, clients, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and co-op agents
• Ordering inspections and coordinating closings
• Managing transaction files and documents
• Keeping agents updated throughout every transaction
• Writing professional, detailed emails with complete information
• Organizing files in Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, SkySlope, etc.
• Helping keep transactions on track from start to finish
A good fit for this role is someone who:
• Communicates WELL and follows through
• Can juggle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
• Works well with different personalities and communication styles
• Is highly detail-oriented
• Is comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems
• Can work independently and stay productive without needing constant direction
• Is naturally curious and proactive — someone who will try to problem solve and think critically first, but also knows when to ask questions and communicate with the team
• Has experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, etc.)
• Bonus points for real estate, rentals, lending, or transaction experience
Most communication happens through email, so strong written communication is a must. Internally, our team communicates heavily through text/calls to keep things moving quickly and efficiently.
This is a behind-the-scenes role, but it’s a VERY important one. The right person helps create a smooth experience not only for our agents, but for the clients trusting us through a major life moment.
We are looking for someone interested in growing with the team long-term. Because of the training and trust involved in this role, we are only considering candidates who can commit to staying at least one year.
