🏡 Welcome Home to Missouri!

Congratulations to Cindy’s clients on their new home in Republic! After making the move from Bloomington, Illinois, they are now ready to enjoy their retirement years close to their children and grandchildren.

Because they were purchasing from out of state, much of their home search happened virtually. That meant placing a lot of trust in Cindy to be their eyes and ears as she walked through homes, answered questions, and helped them find the right place from hundreds of miles away.

The number of new contracts went up in most local regions. Buyers are finding homes they like and making offers on them.

No consistent patterns this week with each region telling it's own story. The one thing I noticed is that new listings were up in all areas - more homes to choose from for buyers.
