We are currently hiring for a part-time maintenance technician to complete routine maintenance and turnovers. Candidates should have a basic elevator, painting, plumbing, and electrical knowledge. In addition, light HVAC work may be necessary.

Workday:
- 20 hours a week
- Hours are flexible (mornings or afternoons)
- Choice of 3 days a week or 5 days a week
- NO pool & NO landscaping duties

You must:
- Keep Chesterfield Lofts looking great
- Maintain company policies and procedures
- Be clean, reliable, and well organized
- Able to provide tenants with a smile & good service

Our office is a drop off location for our food drive where you can drop off non-perishable food items during office hours.

Did you know that every year we open all of our offices up as drop off locations for a food drive for Ozarks Food Harvest?

Every year our residents and employees come together to power this food drive in support of Ozarks Food Harvest and their fight against hunger.

Since 2011, in partnership with our residents, we have raised over 12,000 lbs. of food, which equals over 11,000 meals provided back into our community! We know that times get tough for everyone and we hope that this year we are able to provide the biggest food drive yet! Our annual “Giving Thanks Food Drive” is powered by our residents and employees all over Springfield, Branson, Republic and Ozark. This year with their help we were able to donate over 1,460 lbs of food and donations are still coming in!
