TSAHC (Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation) runs two programs:

🏡 Home Sweet Texas — open to any eligible Texas buyer
🏡 Homes for Texas Heroes — for teachers, first responders, veterans & public servants (same help, plus a bonus tax credit)

You choose how you get it:
💰A grant you never pay back
💰Or a forgivable loan that disappears after 3 years in the home

And smart buyers are stacking it even further:
