Job Openings: General Worker on Maintenance Crew in the Sanford, Maine Area & Camden, Maine Area. Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities: As a general worker on the maintenance crew, you will be responsible for assisting in various maintenance tasks and ensuring that the premises are kept in good condition. Your duties may include but are not limited to:
•Assisting Maintenance Team: Support the maintenance team with day-to-day tasks, which may include repairing equipment, performing basic carpentry, and assisting with general maintenance duties.
•Grounds-keeping: Help maintain the outdoor areas by mowinglawns, trimming bushes, and ensuring the grounds are clean and well-kept.
•Building Maintenance: Assist in repairing and maintaining buildings, including basic plumbing, electrical work, painting, and other tasks as needed.
•Equipment Handling: Properly handle and use tools provided bythe company for maintenance work.
•On Call: You must be available for scheduled one day per week on call status.Requirements:
•Reliable Transportation: Access to reliable transportation is preferred to ensure punctuality and the ability to travel to different work sites.
