We are looking for someone to join our growing team. If you are a self-motivated individual that has an attention to detail you might just fit!
This is a full-time job working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The home inspector will be responsible for performing home inspections to our company standard. The home inspector will also need to thoroughly upload images and reports to company software.
Pay: DOE (13-16hr)
Responsibilities
• Performing a home inspection, by completing detailed report and upload to our software.
• Provide an excellent client experience by being friendly and professional at all times
• Change home filters
• Maintaining home cleanliness and personal appearance
• Sending reports and information as well as following up on phone calls
• Other duties as assigned by office manager
Qualifications
• Clean driving record
• Access to personal vehicle
• Preferred: High school diploma
• Preferred: 1 year construction experience
• Team player
• Strong customer service
