First time for everything! Just closed on our first owner financed lot in Irondale. We initially purchased it as a tax deed from the state 10 years delinquent and then offered the former owner a few hundred dollars for her signature on a quit claim deed. She readily agreed and we found a buyer a month later. All said and done we’re around 1400% ROI on this investment and learned a ton! On to the next!
