In all seriousness, the little guy apparently saw some cute girls at school and thought putting a dime up his nose might make his eyes sparkle. 😂🤣 We can’t make this stuff up!

Thankfully, we’ll stick to collecting rent the traditional way.

Our team recently attended legal training with Titan Legal to stay up to date on Fair Housing laws, landlord-tenant regulations, and the best ways to protect our clients’ investments.

Property management comes with its fair share of fires to put out, and staying informed helps us handle them the right way. We’re grateful for the Titan Legal team for keeping us educated and ready for whatever comes our way!

Get to Know the Stinsons!

When I’m not working with our Kasteel team and helping property owners, you can usually find me doing something a little different with my family.

We’re a family of 8 with 6 kids, and one of our favorite things to do together is spend time outdoors and find ways to have a little fun with food.

I have a YouTube channel called **Wild Food and Family**, where I trap, hunt, and prepare different wild foods and then have the kids try them without telling them what they’re eating. Their job is to taste it and guess what it is.

In this video, we put mink on the menu. 😂

It’s definitely not your everyday family dinner, but that’s part of what makes it fun. We love getting the kids outside, trying new things, and making memories together.

We thought we’d share a little more of the person behind Kasteel and let you get to know the Stinson family outside of property management.
