How long does it take to sell a house in today’s market? 🏡
Two main factors.
Pricing. 💰
Condition.
You cannot list your home for top dollar if your home is not well maintained, updated, or not in a desirable area. Listing a home over market value will hurt you. Your home will sit.
If your home is updated and well cared for while listing it at market value will result in a fast sale.

What you don’t have to disclose in Missouri. HIV/AIDS, murder, felony, su***de and if the home is haunted are all things that do not have to be disclosed. 👻
