28 years in real estate and somehow I still get excited every time a “SOLD” sign goes up. 🏡 Thank you to everyone who has trusted me through the years, referred friends and family, and been part of this incredible journey! It's closing time!!!
Ethan is the son of past clients and reached out when he and his fiancé, Meghan, decided to buy their first home. After discussing the current market conditions, getting preapproved, looking at homes online and in person, they found THE ONE and their offer was accepted - inspections went smoothly, appraisal was a breeze and financing was a piece of cake...that all culminated in CLOSING today! Have fun settling in and making it yours! Can't wait to see what you do with the yard and firepit area. ;)

Awww, that sweet little tree branch looks like it is trying to help support that deck that is beginning to cry "uncle!" There are SOME supports at least. Yikes.
