Hidden Oaks Subdivision

Hidden Oaks Subdivision St. Charles, MO 63303. Hidden Oaks Subdivision. Public Page. There's a private group for Homeowners

The Hidden Oaks Subdivision was established by Whittaker Construction in 1993. The neighborhood consists of 190 homes of varying size and style, and has been attractive to everyone from young families to seniors since its inception. With just one entrance to the neighborhood, it remains fairly quiet on the streets of Hidden Oaks, all of which are named for a type of oak tree. Each year brings an a

nnual meeting of homeowners where the Board of Directors are elected and finances are reviewed. We also have a street party for the entire family held in summer or fall of each year. The ladies have a monthly game night and the men of the neighborhood have yet to agree on any sort of organized activity. We have approximately 2.5 acres of common ground that we use for neighborhood gatherings.

Important Reminder: Maintaining the Exterior of Your Home

Dear Hidden Oaks Residents,

We hope this message finds you well. As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain the appearance and safety of our community, we kindly request your attention to the following matters related to the exterior of your homes.

1. Power Washing:
To keep our neighborhood looking its best, we kindly ask that you power wash the exteriors of your houses, driveways, sidewalks, and fences if they are dirty. Regular power washing not only enhances the overall aesthetic appeal but also helps prevent the buildup of dirt, grime, and mold. A clean exterior contributes to the beauty and value of our community.

2. Repairs and Maintenance:
Please inspect your home for any peeling paint or rotten wood. It is important to address these issues promptly, as they can lead to further damage if left untreated. Repairing peeling paint and replacing rotten wood not only improves the appearance of your home but also protects it from potential structural damage. Maintaining your property ensures a safe and welcoming environment for all residents.

3. Mailbox and Address Numbers:
We kindly request that you ensure your mailbox is in good condition and that your address numbers are clearly visible and legible. In the event of an emergency, such as a fire or when medical services are needed, clear address numbers play a crucial role in helping emergency personnel locate your home quickly and efficiently. Ensuring your mailbox is in good condition also adds to the overall appeal of our community.

Your proactive cooperation in these matters is greatly appreciated. By maintaining our homes, we contribute to the overall pride and value of our neighborhood. Let's work together to keep our community beautiful and safe for everyone.

Thank you,
Hidden Oaks HOA
