Happy closing day!! This family is ALWAYS the 1st to jump in and help others including me. Being able to help them and repay their kindness was such a pleasure. When they started talking about the need to switch things up, we came up with a plan on what updates needed to happen to get them a profit after buying during a crazy market when everyone was paying drastic amounts over asking. They listened, got to work....they worked soooo hard and it paid off in a way that when you look Beyond the Surface you cannot deny the power and grace of God through it. I love being able to See Beyond the Surface and seeing God's hand in the life of others, especially my besties. Congratulations Joseph and Erin Holmes!!!! Onto the next journey ❤️

Closing day!!! This family gets to finally rest their heads in the same house instead of being split up. So glad I got to meet them and have enjoyed every second of the journey. Help me congratulate them on their purchase and new journey!

Today was final walk through day for my sweet Relocation family! I got to meet the rest of the family today. One of the girls has been with her dad during showings all summer. I hadn't seen her in a bit, but she busted through the front door and shouted "my bestie!!" as she ran towards me. THAT right there is why I do what I do. The life long connections I make and friendships I build through doing this 100% worth more to me than anything. We started off thinking one thing was needed, as I got to know them I Saw Beneath the Surface of what they truly needed. This family LOVES to be together, they love their big dogs, they love having family over. They needed space to gather and be rowdy. So we changed gears landing them right where this family needed to be....in the perfect space that allows them to be all of this! Next step closing day!

I haven't posted much because I have been running around like crazy showing houses, handling paperwork, getting houses ready for the market etc. BUT.......I did get 3 houses under contract:
Help me congratulate my sellers on getting their home under contract quick and through inspections!
Help me congratulate a Relocation buyer getting their offer accepted on their new home. We have also successfully navigated inspections and moving along nicely!
Help me congratulate another buyer on the acceptance of their offer to purchase their new home. Also successfully navigated through inspections!

All 3 are embarking on new journeys and all 3 needed different areas of expertise.

I love what I do and love being able to See Beyond the Surface of everyone's unique situations to see how I can best utilize my talents to help. Most of all I just love being their friend through it.
