Neighbors BEWARE! There are storm chasers coming around offering a "stress free" solution to dealing with your insurance regarding any damage that might have happened to your home from the hail storm. Always start with your insurance and ask them if they have a list of verified contractors to fix your home. Do not give anyone money offering to handle your insurance for you. It's a scam! Most of our homes were likely damaged in this storm. We had all sizes of hail, some were baseball size. We have another thunderstorm with hail coming tomorrow!

**CITY OF ST CLAIR**In Michigan, the end of winter means the beginning of Spring, Summer and Road Repair! St. Clair is no exception. Carney Drive will be resurfaced from Range Rd to Fred Moore Highway. The project includes both intersections at Vine and Clinton. It is approximately a 3 month project. Beginning Monday, April 17, 2023 the southbound lane of Carney Drive will be closed. Traffic will be ONE WAY in the Northbound lane. There will be a posted detour. Once the southbound lane is done, the traffic will shift in the other direction (approx. June 1). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please plan accordingly.
*All driveways and businesses will remain accessible.
*There will be no change to 'Garbage Day'. Affected residents and businesses should refer to the notice they received for details.
*The City has worked closely with the ECSD to accommodate Gearing Elementary traffic.
*This project is funded in part by a TEDF-A GRANT
