Janine is a real pro...and a sweetheart to boot! I was worried that once I'd moved my property would be lost in the shuffle. That didn't happen. It took 45 days from listing to closing: it couldn't have been easier. Since the house was vacant, she came over to be sure the heat was on and the cabinet doors were open to protect the pipes on freezing nights. She swept up after inspectors left a mess. Janine went above and beyond to make sure I didn't have to worry. What a relief! We got full asking price with very few concessions. She was fair, level-headed and a dream to work with.
