What a roller coaster!

We had this home under contract for 15 days, and ultimately the buyer terminated. It was a bummer for everyone.

But, we didn't quit and kept an open line of communication with the buyer's broker, and ultimately found a solution that worked for everyone.

So, we are officially back under contract!

Glad my sellers can finally breathe a sigh of relief and we can move forward to the closing table!
