That’s the part of real estate I love — there isn’t one formula that works for every client or every property.

For my sellers at Ridge Rd and Pottery Rd, the job has been about positioning, preparation, marketing and negotiation. For my buyers at Cherry Ln, it was about finding the right home and putting together the right strategy to get it under contract.

Different paths. Same goal: helping my clients move forward with a plan that makes sense for them.
