I had the pleasure of attending the Economic Forecast Breakfast and Affiliate Expo in St. Louis. Speakers Nathan Jefferson and Lawrence Yun did a thorough report of market conditions and what we can expect moving into 2024. There were many favorable statistics for the new year, but concern still circulates around high interest rates. We can expect interest rate cuts when inflation dips closer to two percent, but the Fed will be very cautious before doing so.

Keeping myself updated on economic trends is one way I can best serve people as a real estate agent and tackle tough interest rate conversations with more expertise.

We had a great first 2024 YPN board meeting at St. Louis REALTORS® last week. Our intention is to support and encourage professionals early in their career by providing opportunities to build their network, foster personal development and learn practical business skills.

I’m fortunate to have such a strong team to work alongside and grow with this year. We have some exciting events in the works and I am looking forward to seeing them come to fruition!
