The garage parking gate on Pine St has been “closed for repairs” going on 3 weeks now. First email was sent out on 12/18/2020 @ 12:08pm informing residents of the gate closure. The email had so many typos and was so confusing saying that the entrance on Pine was closed but the entrance on Pine is fully operational 😂 what? Did you mean Chestnut? Second email sent out the same day @ 3:43pm was just them correcting themselves.

Today 01/07/2021 the garage parking elevator finally got fixed and is now working. It’s only been down since 12/26/2020 but who’s keeping track? Let’s see how long it will last before it needs to be repaired again.

Since the elevator hasn’t been working for the last three weeks I have had to take the stairs to the garage parking. These pictures are on different days. Someone unfortunately ended up stepping in the dog s**t! These dog owners are the worst!!!

Dog s**t everywhere! These dog owners are the worst. PICK UP AFTER YOUR DAMN DOG!!! Their is a dog park available where you can take your dog to and have them relieve themselves there.
