This one had a little bit of everything. 🏡

The moment this home hit the market, we were there for the first showing. First offer submitted. And when multiple offers came in, we still won — even with seller closing credits baked into our offer. That’s not luck, that’s knowing how to write a winning offer.

On the lending side, we partnered together to get Morgan approved for the MHDC program — covering a portion of her down payment and closing costs, plus a lower interest rate. For a first-time homebuyer, that’s a game changer.

Then came inspections. The negotiations were rocky — lots of ups and downs — but Morgan never wavered. She trusted the process, trusted the people in her corner, and we stuck it out until we got her everything she needed.

Today, she’s not writing a rent check and paying off someone else’s loan. She’s investing in herself. 🔑

Deals like this are exactly why I love what I do. Congratulations, Morgan — the hard ones always hit different at the closing table.

What an incredible way to kick off the year. In just a matter of months, Matt and Marisa got married AND bought their first home together — and I can’t thank them enough for letting me be a part of that journey.

Oh, and did I mention this market is tough? Multiple offer situations around every corner, but we stayed the course and got it done. Couldn’t be more proud of these two.

Because they chose to work with me, they’re also now part of the Gold Key Project — where I donate a portion of my commission to the Ronald McDonald House. They didn’t just buy a house, they gave back too.
