Well, I got some AMAZING news yesterday!!

My clients got their FHA offer accepted and they are even getting some of their closing costs paid by the Seller!!

Most know that this market is tough. Let alone FHA, let alone asking for some closing costs. You have to get creative and think outside the box.

It’s so important to have an Agent that builds rapport with the other Agent. IT GOES MILES.

It’s days like today that I just love my job so much bc I know what this meant for my friend and their family. Have a great weekend everyone!!
