I wanted to post something I have continually experienced the past several months, and felt the need to expound on.

In a limited housing market with low inventory & escalated rates, it is easy to get frustrated and give up looking.
When in a rental situation with credit blemishes it may feel daunting that you will never get into a home.
Sometimes it takes creative financing, great negotiating and perseverance for all things to align.

The Electrical Safety Foundation International says heating equipment is the second leading cause of home fires in the U.S. with more than 65,000 fires being attributed to them each year.
