Here’s some realness for you that’s about to knock your socks off!

I’m nearly 200lbs and wear a size 12🤯 Yup… I’m 5’3 and according to that dang weight chart I’d be considered “obese”… 😱

But do I believe that crap?! I certainly do not! And I have NO interest in being a buck 40!

I have NO shame because I’m truly not this body but I post this to encourage some of YOU!

I’ve always struggled with my weight- runs in my family but I’ve always been athletic and have an athletic build. This has helped me carry my weight well but oh boy styling my Apple shape larger bust body has been… fun and challenging over the years. 🤪🥸

I’ve had 3 kids and I’ve struggled with this dang fupa but nevertheless it 👏🏽ain’t 👏🏽stopping 👏🏽my 👏🏽show! 🫶🏽

I’m not small but yet I’m not plus size, I’m what you consider “mid-sized”… this is that dreaded in between phase where some size large items could be way to small or swallow me completely 🥴 it’s weird and challenging but damnet if I don’t do anything else, I 👏🏽will 👏🏽stay 👏🏽fly! 👏🏽

I was brought up by a fashionable parents and I’ve always been creative with my apparel! I’ve marched to my OWN drum and have found and worn pieces that reflect my personality, crazy, sexy, cool- and never caring if it was “in” or not. 👈🏽 Catch that rebel spirit 😼

Why the reason for such transparency? Because I’m tired of people hiding and being ashamed of their bodies! My weight has NEVER stopped me from doing anything!😝

Girlfriend, wear your top! My guy- wear those skinny jeans! Dress for YOUR body, don’t covent how others looks and ultimately BeYOUtiful!

Ok ok ok… back to my regular scheduled program…. Which includes working out, working, loving on my king and raising queens 👸🏽👸🏽👸🏽

This wonderful client messaged me via FB from a referral from her friend, and one of my amazing passed clients Dana Alesha🫶🏽 👈🏽LOVE YOU BOO!😘

After talking to her about her real estate desires I expressed that I was going to try to get her to the closing table with as little money as possible! 💪🏽 !

She knew what she wanted and the plan was in motion! It took us two outings before finding the perfect home and it was on!!!🏡 🙌🏽

And well, through crafty negotiating we were able to get seller credits and a beyond housing grant! With those two credits she came to closing with less than $150!!! 💃🏽💰For a wholllle house!!!😱 BOOM we did it!! 💰🤩

I’m soooo excited for my new friend/client and family!!!
