Before spending thousands of dollars, ask yourself:

☀️ Home Maintenance Tip: Show Your HVAC Some Love

🥵 If you're anything like we are, your air conditioner has been working hard all summer. Help it do its job better by replacing or cleaning your HVAC filter if it's been 1–3 months. A clean filter improves airflow, helps lower energy bills, and can extend the life of your system. (We change ours monthly.)

💸 Delayed maintenance always bites you on the you-know-what in the end. So keep your house cool and comfortable and avoid costly repairs later by doing simple maintenance jobs as needed. an unexpected repair.

❓Who is The Schroeder Team?

👫🧍‍♂️We’re a family team consisting of Bobby and Julie and our son, Ben. Bobby and Ben work with our clients as listing and buyer agents, and Julie works with computer things and events. Our service area is West County, South County, and Jefferson County.

❇️ Our mission is to help people, make friends, have fun, and do good.

💙Outside of work, Bobby and Julie enjoy spending time with their grandchildren and their spouses and their seven grandkids who all live close by, thankfully.

🎹Bobby enjoys walking (He used to run, but back problems ruled that out.) and playing the piano and pipe organ. He was a music pastor until he retired from that two years ago and continued doing real estate full-time.

🌷Julie likes making jewelry and cards,buying flowers for the flower bed, and she loves corgis.

🐶 Ben dotes on their three dogs and several cats and enjoys going to the occasional concert.

❤️Little Bit Foundation is an amazing organization that provides help and support for children and families in areas where 90% or more students in the schools qualify for the free and reduced lunch program. Currently, they are in 60+ schools and serve 17,500 students.
