How about this!!🏡💰

A 3-2-1 buydown is a mortgage financing agreement that temporarily lowers your interest rate for the first three years of the loan:

Year 1: the interest rate drops by 3%

Year 2: the interest rate drops by 2%

Year 3: the interest rate drops by 1%

Year 4 and beyond: the rate returns to the original fixed note rate for the rest of the loan term
