Just a little introduction and reminder of who I am for the new year!

I am a Realtor in St. Louis and I LOVE the STL! Working in real estate is so fun and exciting. It can be very fast paced and really keeps my mind running which I love!

I am also a Licensed Massage Therapist. Another career that I love for the opposite reasons. It’s a slower pace and allows me to shut my mind off for a bit to just feel the muscles I’m working on.

Both careers give me the opportunity to help other people and that’s truly what I aspire to do.

My most fulfilling job title is hands down, Mama! My daughter is my absolute world and just the greatest human I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. She’s my little assistant and side kick so she frequently tags along with my clients and I on our real estate adventures.

CoCo Chanel is our beloved chocolate Labrador. She’s our big baby dog and incredibly spoiled.

My biggest passion at work, at home and just in life all around is self care. I don’t mean just bubble baths and face masks (although those are great too!) but truly caring for yourself. You can’t pour from an empty cup so in order to help others you have to give yourself permission to make sure you’re being cared for first. Mentally, physically, energetically and emotionally…it’s all so important to keep yourself aligned and doing well so you can enjoy life. And that’s really what all of us are here for right?

I have learned so, sooo much from both Brandon and Melissa, even before we officially became a team. From the very start of my real estate career (like before I even went to my first real estate class to get my license) they’ve been there for me as friends and mentors in this crazy profession. I’m incredibly grateful to have them in mine and my daughters life and in our corner.

Thank you, Balk Realty for all of your support and friendship these past years and the years still to come. I’m really excited to see what this year has in store for me as an individual and you two as a kick ass team, I have a feeling it’s going to be a really great one! ❤️

Although we will miss all of the fun shenanigans we had as a team we are even more excited to watch you excel as an individual agent and we will always be here to root you on for your success 🏆

The first week of 2023 is wrapping up! It’s a week of settling back into routines after the holidays, kickstarting new habits and setting goals and intentions for the upcoming year. I hope y’all have gotten a chance to reflect on 2022 and make some BIG plans for 2023. To all my clients, past and future, I sincerely thank you for all of your support and I can’t wait to see what all of you accomplish this year! 🙏🏼

This one took some negotiating over the weekend, but we finally got it under contract last night and for UNDER the asking price! Very excited for my investor to add this four unit property to his portfolio, huge potential for profits here! 🏡💰❤️

Yesterday I got to spend my evening showing this gorgeous 82.77 acre farm property in De Soto, MO! The house was filled with some really cool, antique belongings left behind by the previous owner. All of the structures on the property definitely need some work, but the vision is there! It was so fun listening to the buyers talk about all of their plans for the farm if they end up buying it! I’d love to see their dream come to life on this insanely beautiful property!

Anyone thinking about getting into Real Estate because it seems like “easy money”? Don’t! I mean, definitely get into real estate because it is GREAT. But don’t get into it with the expectation of easy money. There’s a lot that goes into each transaction and even more than the actual transactions is actually getting the clients to even have a transaction to work through. There’s a lot of “unpaid” time and energy that goes into it all behind the scenes. However, that time and energy is really an investment into yourself and your business. It’s incredibly freeing to work for yourself. To have the freedom to make your schedule around your life. For me, that means being able to be physically with my daughter for big and small moments and not miss out on time with her because I’m working a typical 9-5. There’s a few cons and definitely some hardships working in real estate, but there’s also a whole lot of pros! I’ve already had several people ask me how to get licensed and what to expect, if it’s something you’ve been curious about don’t hesitate to send me a message. I love talking about it and encouraging others to take the jump also if it feels right for them. I could go on forever about all the benefits…just keep in mind, like this audio says “you’re gonna suffer, but you’re going to be happy about it!” 😂
