Sometimes what a person needs is not a brilliant mind that speaks, but a patient heart that listens. 🌺

Congratulations are in order for my dear client who closed on her dream home. Her new home was well worth the wait and is more than what she could have asked for.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
During the consultation, she expressed her desires in a home and Realtor. I made sure those expectations were met and there was a high level of trust in the relationship. Providing a solution is always an objective through my services, but sometimes an ear to listen and emphasize can be even more important especially when things aren’t working out as you might have thought they would.

The first property we contracted on after months of searching, didn’t work out because of appraisal discrepancies and we parted ways with the home. Although she was disappointed, I told her to remain faithful and patient to process and God would certainly bless us with another beautiful home that met all her needs.

Two months later, we found the one! Our contract was accepted based on a competitive offer but truly because I’m a vibrant relational, communicative agent with great lending partners. I have win -win mindset and I know how to negotiate and be persistent. That won us the accepted offer and we’re now CLOSED! 🥂

Now, it’s time to prepare and sell her current home. 🏡
