2024 Recap:
*Title* Unpredictable Market tests our abilities, but, “Badass People Selling Badass Houses” prevails.

*Stats* 20 homes Sold, adding up to almost $6M in Sales.

While we didn’t grow as much as I’d hoped - With the market being in such a flux, we legit and made it another extremely prosperous year - for ourselves and for our clients!

As for 2025:
*Motto* K.I.S.S. - Keep It Simple…

I’ll be doing a lot more showings and a little less paperwork (sorry Steve and/or admin!)
I realized in 2024 that…I miss *YOU*!
I miss my super amazing clients and looking at crazy (and normal) homes while we dig through that pile looking for “The One”.
Plus, it keeps my “selling” eyes bright and shiny! New flooring trends. Simple additions to create spark 🤩 in a new listing. I find these things in every day houses - not just in online articles and on HGTV.

And finally, if nothing else - In 2025 I’ll be directing more positive energy than ever into every aspect of my business and my personal life.

So, watch out folks. I’m sending glitter your way - and there’s no avoiding it.
