Jefferson County senior residents: have you completed and filed your real estate tax freeze application?

You will be able to print applications online effective March 1, 2026. Applications will be available at the County Collector's office, Northwest Library, Arnold Library, Cedar Hill Library, Windsor Library, Festus Library and Desoto Library starting March 1, 2026. Applications will be accepted through June 30 for taxpayers who were 62 years of age or older on January 1, 2025 (Birthdate prior to 01/01/1963).

The County will NOT mail applications.
