Today is a special day, what would have been the 60th birthday of Patricia Accardi-Baum.

She was the mother and aunt who truly showed Megan and I the ropes in this business, although that phrase does not come close to doing her impact justice. From long nights on the phone helping us formulate offers, to walking alongside us at showings early in our careers when we were still finding our confidence, to talking us through seller’s disclosures and helping us catch the kinds of details that can make or break a deal, she was there every step of the way.

Because of her, we learned early on that this business is about more than transactions. It is about diligence, transparency, and doing right by the people who trust you.

We aim to carry that with us in every client we work with today, and we are incredibly proud to build on what she started.
