Erbs Management Group is seeking a full-time location self storage property manager who is highly motivated and ambitious to work with our team from the ground up. Our site manager will be on-site in the facility鈥檚 front office to assist customers and oversee the storage operation.
Responsibilities:
路 Manage the day to day operations of the sites
路 Provide on-site assistance to current and new customers
路 Assist customers in renting storage units and with any questions they may have
路 Guide new customers through rental processes and agreements including individual storage insurance agreements
路 Sell merchandise, moving and packaging supplies
路 Ensure the facility meets the high cleanliness and curb appeal standards. This includes cleaning units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs and other basic general maintenance duties.
路 Run errands for the facility and travel as necessary
路 Organization with data-entry and recordkeeping
路 Manage, verify, balance cash drawer and prepare deposits
Qualifications:
路 Experience in storage facility management, retail sales, or customer service is preferred but not required
路 Excellent customer service skills
路 Attention to detail
路 Organizational and time management skills
路 Willingness to work outside, clean units and maintain grounds
路 Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation is required
路 Basic computer skills and ability to work with our third-party storage software
路 Ability to work weekends
路 Ability to work independently for extended periods of time
路 Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
