Here’s what we’re seeing year-over-year in Oakville:

Homes sold: 30 (up 50%): more activity than last year
New listings: 62 (up 100%): inventory has doubled
Average days on market: 21: homes are still moving quickly
Median price: $349,750 (up 3.55%): steady appreciation
Average sale price: $350,635 (down 6.25%): shift in price points selling
Price per sq ft: $187 (up 11.91%): strong demand
Sale-to-list price: 103%: homes still selling over asking on average

What this means:
We are seeing more homes hit the market and more buyers taking action. Prices are holding steady overall, and well-priced homes are still moving fast.
