Happy Pride Month from the Boemler Real Estate Team!

We know we can be a bit quiet on social media—but that’s only because we’re busy helping clients buy and sell homes. That said, there’s one thing we want to be absolutely clear about:

We deeply believe that housing is a basic human right. We believe that you—every part of who you are, every version of yourself—deserve to be seen and heard by the people who represent you. We see you. We hear you.

We (Laura and Chris) do not stand for any form of discrimination. We stand firmly against those who seek to take away the basic rights of our LGBTQ+ friends and family.

In our professional work, we are committed to ongoing learning so we can better serve all of our clients. We strive to be effective allies, which means continuing to educate ourselves, listening to lived experiences, and being active members of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance.

In our personal lives, we’re intentional about not financially supporting organizations or individuals who promote harmful policies. We’re raising our kids to see and honor all people, to respect pronouns, and to stand up for others. We aim to be allies in every aspect of life.

And the truth is—we don’t always get it right. But our hope is to keep learning how to be better, kinder, and more compassionate at every opportunity.

At the Boemler Real Estate Team, fair housing for all means fair housing for all. We trust that the people who know us—both personally and professionally—understand that about us.

We don’t believe that speaking out on social issues is “bad for business.” And if it is, that’s a risk we’re willing to take.

This cute city house sold yesterday after a SUPER easy transaction! Everything went smoothly, lenders and title worked together seamlessly, and we closed with very few hiccups in the entire process. Thanks to Excel Title Company for always working hard for my clients!

We raised over $500 for Alive STL! We’re so thankful to our clients, friends, and industry leaders who donated.

We are SO excited for 2025 and to continue helping people buy and sell homes. Your referrals mean everything to us! After taking some time to rest this holiday season, we are ready to get back to working hard for all of our clients. If you’re looking to buy or sell, let’s sit down and chat!

We’ve been a little bit quiet on here, but make no mistake, the Boemler team has been working hard. We know a lot of people like to talk numbers and show data about what their year in business has looked like but truthfully, that’s just not our style. Here’s what we’ll tell you about our year over at the Boemler Real Estate Team: We had the privilege of helping really wonderful people buy and sell homes. We’ve gotten to work with buyers, sellers, and investors who dream big and trust us to achieve those dreams with them. To all of our clients, customers, friends, and family, we are so thankful that we get to do business with you and that we get to know you. Some other accomplishments for our year include getting to spend more time with our children, getting to spend more time with each other, travelling, going to concerts, being involved in our church, and helping people in our communities.

We would like to end this year with a bang, but we need your help. For this entire last week of the year, until December 31, we are raising money for ALIVE STL. ALIVE’s mission is to provide counseling, emergency sanctuary and other critical services to adults and children impacted by domestic abuse, as well as to increase awareness in order to create a supportive community. The Boemler team will be matching all donations up to $2000. We so passionately believe that everyone deserves a safe space in this world and in their homes.

The link is below and we will be keeping track of donations so we can match them! Everyone who donates will be entered into a raffle to win a $50 gift card to The Annex in Webster Groves for some good coffee and treats to start your new year! We hope everyone will consider donating.

But don’t worry, we are willing to drum up a little competition if we need to.
