Whew... what a week! 😅

This week brought 2 accepted contracts and 1 closing!

A big congratulations to one of my out-of-state investors who closed on a turnkey rental property, and another investor who got a property under contract this week.

I'm also excited that my fixer-upper listing went under contract, and I have the privilege of representing both the seller and the buyer on that transaction.

To top it off, I have FOUR more offers currently out and waiting for responses. It's been a busy week, and I'm so grateful for the trust my clients place in me.

As always, referrals are the heart of my business. We faced a challenging multiple-offer situation, but with persistence, determination, and teamwork, they came out on top. They are truly the sweetest and most fun family, and it has been such a joy getting to know them throughout this journey.
