This quote is a perfect example of how style is such a personal and individual thing!

Sure, trends are a great way to gather inspiration for your home. But at the end of the day, no one is forcing you to follow the crowd!

Instead, proudly march to the beat of your own drum. Follow your heart, and your home will *never* go out of style because your home is for you — not for anyone else! ❤️

Never forget that your home is YOURS. You’re the one who worked hard to secure it, you’re the one living in it, and you’re the one coming home to it after a hard day at work or after a fun but exhausting night out with friends.

Don’t settle and be choosy. 💪

It’s worth taking the time to find a home that you are truly, genuinely, and whole-heartedly happy with. ☺️

It’s the month of giving thanks, so this is your friendly reminder to cherish all the things you are grateful for in your life. 💛 That includes the big things as well as the small things, and everything else in between!

Though we all have challenging moments, it’s so important to take a moment to practice gratitude and thankfulness. It helps us remember all the good in our lives!

What are you thankful for? ⬇️

There are only 5 things revolving around in all ’ minds during Thanksgiving:

🥧 Pie
🥧 MLS
🥧 New clients (P.S. fall is a great time to buy a home!)
🥧 MLS (wait… was that said already?)
🥧 Closings this weekend (hopefully there’s pie as a celebration…)

Real estate agents: please confirm this is true. 🤣

It’s interesting to see how home searching has changed since the boom of technology.

Most people nowadays are searching online as their first step when searching for a home — but what about you? What was your first step when searching for a new home? ⬇️

There is so much to be thankful for when it comes to relationships. Don’t you agree? Friends, family, coworkers… Even the relationship we have with our homes! (Yes, you can have a meaningful connection with the ‘things’ in your life!)

But today, the thanks to give are all for YOU!

Without your support, this business wouldn’t be thriving in the way that it is right now. So thank you for being here! ❤️

There are 2 types of people in this world:

1️⃣ Those who live to host
2️⃣ Those who would rather eat turkey alone on Thanksgiving than host

With real estate, there are (understandably) a TON of questions about what the best practices are.

This page is all about providing you with solutions and clarity on anything & everything real estate, so here are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions!

1️⃣ Where do I start if I want to buy my first home?

A great place to start is online! It’s common practice for sellers to list their home online, complete with photos and sometimes even a virtual tour! After you’ve gathered some data, you can take that to a real estate agent who can point you in the right direction and help you find your dream home.

2️⃣ Is there a “best“ time of year price-wise to buy a home?

Though typically the best time of the year to buy a home is fall since inventory surpasses demand, it’s always best to speak with a local real estate agent! They can give you insight into your specific neighborhood because every region will be different.

3️⃣ Can I buy a home with no down payment?

Some buyers can get a mortgage with no down payment if you take out a government-backed loan, which is insured by the federal government. Currently, there are 2 types: USDA loans and VA loans. If you qualify for either of these, then you are eligible to forgo the down payment!

What better way to add some warmth into your home than some seasonal flowers? And there are so many to choose from, too! (That’s right, spring isn’t the only time when flowers bloom. 😉)

Flowers like chrysanthemums, pansies, celosias, and purple fountain grass can add an extra layer of coziness to your home.

Who is a fan of adding seasonal fall flowers as decor? 🌼 What’s your favorite flower? And bonus: show some love to your favorite local flower shop by tagging them in the comments! ⬇️

Who says you have to wait until spring to get some done? 😉

The truth is, completing small organization tasks here and there can help when it’s time to do a major cleaning.

So consider adding these 5 easy organization tasks to your chores to-do list this month!

1️⃣ Work on maximizing your vertical space. Whenever possible, stack and go vertical! This can look like implementing floating shelves and building a closet that strategically uses the space between the floor and ceiling.

2️⃣ Compartmentalize your drawers. If you were to look in your dresser, kitchen, or bathroom drawers, what would you see? Most likely a jumbled mess, right? 😂 This is where drawer organizers can come in handy! Start installing them around your home, tackling one room at a time.

3️⃣ For all the people who have tight kitchen spaces: install a pot rail. No longer will you have to shove your pots and pans somewhere — simply hang them on your wall and save that space for other things that would use the space more efficiently!

4️⃣ Create a grocery task station. You can easily do this by sticking adhesive folders to the inside of a cabinet where you can store your grocery lists, coupons, recipes, and meal plans. Now you have one dedicated space for all your kitchen-related tasks without taking up space.

5️⃣ Instal cord-keepers to your appliances. This is such an underrated organization tip. How many times have you gotten frustrated with cords from appliances? Cord-keepers can keep them out of the way and clear out some counter space.

There you have it! Do you have any other you want to add?
