Thank you for your interest in the Soulard Market Loft Apartments. Our 5 story midrise building offers a variety of spacious floor plans that include exquisite 13 ft. timber ceilings, exposed brick walls, and expansive window

s. We are located in Soulard next door to the Historic Farmerโ€™s Market. This is a great location in close proximity to most major sporting events and downtown entertainment. All lofts come free expanded basic cable with over 200 channels through Charter (small monthly fee for any additional digital boxes), water, sewer, and trash as well as a free internet option. Every loft includes a full size washer and dryer, electric fireplace and all kitchen appliances. Our amenities include; swimming pool, 24 fitness center, and community/game room that include pool table, bar, and 2 flat screen TVโ€™s. The Community Room is available for private use at an additional fee. Our 1 bedroom 1 bathroom lofts range in price from $905 - $1145. Our 2 bedroom 2 bath lofts are $1275-$1650. Square footage range in our 1 bedroom 1 bathroom lofts; from 631 to 950 square feet. The 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom square footage ranges from 990 to 1379 square feet. There are varieties of floor plans that are available for your viewing on apartmentfinder.com and apartments.com as well as a virtual tour of our property. Please feel free to contact our leasing office to check on specific floor plan availability or to set an appointment time to tour our property. Gated parking is available for an additional $50.00 per month. Our lease terms are 2 month to 12 month. Short term lease fees apply. Some specials require a 13 month lease. We require a $50 per person/$75 married couple non-refundable application fee and a $99 hold/inspection fee. Pet deposit is $300/$150 non-refundable. Non-aggressive breeds only. Additional pet is $100. There are no monthly fees for pets.
