🎉 Congratulations to my sellers! 🎉

Selling a home is a team effort and my clients worked extremely hard to help get their home sold for top dollar! 🏡

A few big wins on this sale:

1) The other agent they Interviewed quoted my sellers a sale price $40,000 LOWER than what we sold this home for! 💰

2) We knew we listed near the top of what the home was worth and after 2 weeks, we did not have any offers(other than a sight unseen offer that got cold feet) so we dropped the price😵 . Price reductions are never fun, though we were able to use it to create a bidding war and actually got THREE offers after 2 weeks and bid the price all the way back up to our original list price! Getting multiple offers outside the first weekend on the market Is extremely rare! 🤗

This doesn't happen without trust though, and I'm extremely grateful to my sellers for trusting me throughout the process!

We got this house under contract UNDER list price, even with another offer on the table!😲 You do NOT have to pay over asking in this market. In fact, I'm now 8 for my last 8 buyers not paying over asking for the home they purchased, even running up against competition on a few occasions! 💪🏻
