Jill is a St. Louis native who is passionate about real estate. In 2002 she started her own real estate development company, City Restoration and Revival LLC. As owner of City Restoration and Revival LLC, she buys, renovates and sells or rents historic buildings in the city of St. Louis. She joined Coldwell Banker Gundaker in 2015 and has enjoyed working with clients of all types, ranging from experienced investors to first time home buyers. Jill is an extremely focused and hard working individual who has the ability to achieve bottom line results. After renovating several historic properties, she has acquired a deep knowledge of how a building and it’s systems should function. Her experience as a real estate developer and realtor has allowed her to build extremely strong negotiation skills. She regularly works with banks, lenders, insurers, contractors, building inspectors, appraisers and title companies, which allows her to guide buyers and sellers through all of their decisions with ease. She serves the entire St. Louis metropolitan area with a focus on residential, mixed use and historic properties in the City of St. Louis.
