There was burglary in 10469 briarbend basement. The police report was filed and finger prints taken. Please keep the basement doors closed at ALL THE TIME...

Is there any good reason for the maintenance supervisor to start work at 6am in the morning when it's still dark?
What kind of work does he do so early?
Ask your board members
Call amc ask questions.
What his responsibilities are?
Ask for logs

Today is April 9th and owners of the Willowbrook condominiums didn't get a letter when and what time is the annual board meeting. Owners didn't receive the proxies.
Owners still don't know who is running for the election.
Call the AMC management and ask when are they planning to send all the information.

Pic on the right Queen Anne condominiums:
NO maintenance employees. Condo fee $214
Do you see the difference??
Do you know how they spent your hard earned money? Ask your board to show you what responsibilities the maintenance guys have.
Ask to see their daily logs. They are paid from your condo fee that you pay every month.
