What a cool moment! My clients are under contract for a beautiful townhome in Lake St. Louis. The seller had 11 offers and we knew standing out would be a tall task. With a nice personal touch and constant follow up, they are now a couple weeks away from moving into their dream home. This is an amazing note the seller left for my buyers at inspections!
