Before starting in real estate, Josh built a wealth of expertise through years of work in the construction industry, covering new construction, home remodeling, maintenance, and investment property support. This hands-on background provided valuable knowledge that continues to benefit our clients at every stage of the buying and selling process. Josh earned his real estate license in 2003, and after years of balancing construction and real estate, he made the leap to focus exclusively on real estate by joining Keller Williams in 2014. His passion for helping clients achieve their goals inspired him to build a team dedicated to providing unparalleled service and support. By 2020, Voyles Realty Group had evolved into a strong, collaborative team committed to serving our clients with excellence. Renee Woolbright joined Josh in 2020, and together they formed the foundation of what would become a dynamic, high-performing group. Renee started with us as an executive assistant and quickly rose to the position of Director of Operations, where she now oversees day-to-day operations, including marketing, transactions, listing management, event planning, and client care. Renee is an essential part of the team, constantly offering new ideas and strategies to help us reach new heights. Her dedication, attention to detail, and proactive approach ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, allowing the team to focus on providing exceptional service to our clients. In 2022, we were thrilled to welcome Jenna Grab to the team. New to real estate, Jenna came with a hunger to learn and a strong desire to help others. After being trained and mentored by Josh and the rest of the team, she quickly became proficient in delivering the high level of service that we are known for. Initially starting as a buyer specialist, she has grown into a well-rounded agent who now helps both buyers and sellers, consistently providing five-star customer service and a sharp attention to detail. Lowie Dadivas joined the team in 2022 as our Transaction Coordinator, working virtually from the Philippines. She has been an incredible asset, earning rave reviews from clients and team members alike. Lowie oversees the completion and filing of all paperwork, manages calendars, and ensures timelines and deadlines are met, all while contributing to marketing design and other side projects. With her high standards and commitment to excellence, Lowie seamlessly fits into our culture of staying ahead of issues and keeping our clients informed. Her positive attitude and great sense of humor make her an invaluable member of the team.
