This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, keeping things running smoothly, creating engaging social media content, and making every agent and guest feel right at home.
In this role, you'll:
✅ Manage front desk and daily office operations
✅ Support agent onboarding
✅ Coordinate events and training sessions
✅ Create and manage social media content, including Reels and short-form videos
✅ Help maintain a fun, professional, and welcoming office culture
