Zelle is the next big money swapping app being created by a tech firm that is owned by 7 of the biggest banks in the country.

They are trying to reach an older crowd.

If your under 30, you probably already have Venmo, or have at least heard of it.

I asked my Did if I could Venmo him some money the other day...

His response?

"What the hell is a Venmo" haha

With the support of major bannks, Zelle hope to reach the audience that Venmo has not yet captured.

It's just a matter of time before cash is all but history.

How often do you really carry cash anymore?

Hey there...

If you have any interest is what's going on in terms of new developments in St. Louis, then you should check out NextSTL.

They have a great page, and website as well.

Here is the link to their site.

https://nextstl.com/

I check it out at least once a week. It's really interesting to see how much work is going into restoring the city of St. Louis.

I am most excited about what's going on in the Cortex area. If you are not familiar, that is the area surrounding Ikea, just north of highway 40.

What excites you the most about the new developments in STL?

To buy or not to buy?

This is a very interesting read.

I bought my first house a couple years ago, and feel very good about my decision.

With that said, I agree with the author of this post, that buying your first home is not the same as buying your "Dream Home".

Your first home acts as a great spring board to building wealth, and is step towards your actual dream home.

Give this article a quick read.

I would be interested to see if you agree with his point of view.

Thanks and let me know if there is anything I can do to help out!

Thinking of buying your first home?

I wrote this article on LinkedIn to shed some light on my experience buying my first home, and also, to give some advice to anyone thinking about doing the same.

If you are thinking of buying your first house in the next 12-18 months, please give it a read.

If you know anyone who could benefit from this advice, please share it with them.

Feel free to give me a call, or shoot me a message if you have any questions.

Thanks!

Will City Foundry, the $340M project set to re-imagine a long-vacant manufacturing site in the center of St. Louis City cannibalize local retail? Will it bring unique-to-the-region storefronts? This was the central question asked as the project sought, and ultimately received significant subsidies f...
