Complete application form (can be emailed to you or collected at the time you view the property. Application fee is $65 per adult 18 and over). Income must be 3x the rent for market-rate renters and 2x for Section 8 renters. Proof of income will be required (3 recent paystubs; 3 bank statements showing income deposited). We will do a background check. No recent evictions or unresolved evictions in your court records. We will speak to your current landlord.

A security deposit that is one and a half to two months’ rent, depending on your credit rating, plus your first month’s rent will be required to move in.
