Designed for an urban infill site in St. Louis, this contemporary residence balances efficiency, natural light, and a warm material palette.

Central to the design is a focus on light, materiality, and connection. Expansive street-facing windows engage the surrounding neighborhood while bringing daylight deep into the home. Bamboo flooring, blond brick, and corrugated metal siding introduce warmth and texture, complementing the home's clean lines and framing-efficient layout.

The result is a modern residence that feels bright, welcoming, and connected to its urban context.

Corner Transformed in St. Louis’ Gravois Park neighborhood. The former Louis Lange Publishing Co. is celebrating 10 years post-renovation. Killeen Studio Architects worked with Blackline Development to revive the building into apartments.

We are excited to be a part of the transformations to Westborough Country Club’s campus. Changes will enhance accessibility and recreational opportunities while preserving key WCC features.

KSA did a walkthrough of the construction site, where we captured ground breaking at new amenity areas including pickleball and bocce courts. We also toured some of the new accessible pathways, circulation points, and the focal drop-off circle off of Lockwood Avenue.

Landscaping improvements, including new trees and lighting, are underway, and exterior improvements to the iconic church tower can be seen from the campus’ edges at Lockwood and Berry.
