Ron did a great job again helping us sell two properties in St. Louis! The recent sale was challenging as the condo we owned was burdened by an HOA fee that was out of line with the value of the unit due to poor management and excessive insurance costs. Locating a buyer willing to shoulder these fees without a promise that they may lowered in the future, Ron was able to work a cash deal and get necessary documents collected, repairs completed quickly after the inspection, and get the transaction closed. Very impressive communicator and very professional. Would recommend to anyone who likes someone to hustle, be available and get the job done.

Yes, yes, that's exaclty what happened...

We purchased below list price with all contingencies in place.
Buyer purchased for a famly member as an investment property. Its important to have an exit plan when buying investments. This one has several upsides- sweat equity- sell at max value, or future rental, or sell the lot (two parcels) to a bulder down the road. All great $$$ options.
