Not every client wants to be on Facebook, and that’s always okay with me — I ask permission first because you never know how much someone wants the world to know about their journey.

But buying a house is a HUGE deal — especially your first one. My buyer isn’t a “photo guy,” but I just knew his parents would want to see him doing something this big (and for his own memories) so I took some photos to share only with him.

Later that day, I got this text with a picture of him sitting in his new living room, coffee in hand. Priceless 🤩.

Today is a super special and exciting day for my buyers, Josh and Annabelle 🤩. We closed on their very first home 🏡. One of these babes is not even 21 years old, yet owns a home! Winning at life 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. I’m feeling proud and excited for their future together. A HUGE thank you to my friend Jeri for trusting me to help her family 💛.

Happy, Happy Closing Day to Govindbhai and Pushpaben! 🤩🎉 It was such an honor helping them find the perfect condo in Chesterfield as they get ready for their big move to St. Louis!

A huge thank you to Bert and Denise for connecting me with their family — we made an amazing team finding them a place that checked every box, especially being close driving distance to family. I already know they’re going to love card night, afternoons by the pool, and peaceful walks around the serene grounds of the complex.
