Evren is a native of the tiny Mediterranean island of Cyprus, located 40 miles south of Turkey. His American dream started when he came to St. Louis to attend Washington University. During a 14 year span, he obtained a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and conducted 6 years of Doctoral Research in Medical Imaging.
