Those of us who rent are ~Renters~~ we rent from people who own property,
and are to be taking care of the property while it is being rented. According to
a LEASE~ the lease should be given to a Renter the day of the agreement. More often than you thing, the Land Lord are nothing more than "Slum Lords~
Slum Lords make promises, they will not keep, and they also, will find ways to
steal from t

heir renters. In my case with the YEE family, they also, helped
themselves into my apartment, on a regular basis, with out notice. Yes~~ this is against the law. The Yee family stole jewlery, and utilities,
as well as newly pruchased items, all while in my apartment ~~illegally! I had paid a 2K deposit, and of which, they RE~wrote my lease, and denied
ever recieving, the money. Interestingly enough...
Even in the court of law, I watched while the family member yee(an attorney)
physically "writing over a COPY --- so as to make it look like fresh ink(an original! and the Judge, Judge..... approved of this illegal activity, in his court room. Judge, actually stated in court..."lets go off record~~ ms Yee, we must be careful
what we say and have in the records(on record), so the ~NEXT LEVEL of judges.. wont think we were doing something wrong! Im not kidding. Then Judge went ~~back on record`` Judge
had already made up his mind, before any information had been offered!

Our Story

Those of us who rent are ~Renters~~ we pay “rent” to a property Owner, or a Property Management Group. The Landlord/ Property management group is to provide us with a clean, safe, environment to live in ~ and follow the lease agreement, both signed and dated by all parties~prior to move in date. According to a LEASE~ the lease should be given to a Renter the day of the agreement. More often than you think, the Land Lord are nothing more than "Slum Lords~ Slum Lords make promises, they will not keep, and they also, will find ways to to keep from making updates, and follow thru with their own commitments to a Renter.

Once you have signed a lease, start a file to keep all communications in, and make a copy of your Lease and put into a safe place.to As a Renter, document everything your expecting to be taken care of, and keep in your file. If a Landlord doesn’t follow thru with their side of responsibility, document this as well.
