🏭 A little fact about how I started my business.
Before and after open houses (of listings that were listed by other more seasoned agents) I would walk the neighborhood in a 25mi radius and passed out flyers and chat with them about their current market (quck FREE research found in Maris).

🫂 Everyone I talked to, I would gather their contact info. They would then recieve a hand written letter, with my business card.

👩🏼‍🏫 I wasn't wasting cards on uninterested people, EVERYONE got a flyer (even those that didn't answer the door) and the only cost to me was my time, the cost of stamps, copy and $1.00 packs of cards from the Dollar Tree.

🔈This, coupled with using a dialer system and the most affordable Zillow leads I could afford (back then they totaled 250.00 a month), which were all lower income, working class neighborhoods, that really welcomed me as the new kid on block! Took me from 850k my first 5 months to 3m my next full fiscal year, then 5m, then 6m, then 8m and so on!
